My child’s grade level is incorrect; how do I update it?

Updating or changing your student’s grade level or other enrollment information, such as the graduation date, is your responsibility as the teacher. This information must be updated annually, as it is not automatically updated by the school. To make these updates, click on “View/Edit,” which will direct you to your student’s profile. Ensure all questions are answered and complete any pending ones. This is also where you can update your student’s information, particularly their grade level, as needed.
If you want to request a grade completion letter, you must request it BEFORE changing the grade level. If you receive a copy of the grade completion letter and it is incorrect, change the grade level on your student’s profile and request the letter again.
