Because they are web services, they can run on PCs, Macs, laptops, smartphones, or tablets.
With your MS365 Education account, you’ll also have the opportunity to get other programs, such as Minecraft Education Edition, at the drastically reduced rate of just over $6 per year, plus Canva Premium Education, Cyber.org, Starfall, and ABCMouse FREE. To take advantage of this incredible perk of being enrolled with HPA, you must first be a fully enrolled HPA family. Then, follow the link on this page to fill out the form. Then, you’ll follow a few simple steps to complete your MS365 registration.
After you submit the form, within 48 business hours, we will set up your account, and Microsoft will email you your login credentials, including a temporary password. The temp password expires, so please log in as soon as possible to set up and change your temp password to a permanent one. The email may go to your spam/junk folder. It will come from ms-noreply@microsoft.com. If you do not see it you may need to copy/paste this exact email address ms-noreply@microsoft.com into the search bar of your email.

- Microsoft Exchange Mail – secure web-based email server with 50 GB of storage.
- Calendar –Web App lets you create and track appointments and meetings. You can create multiple calendars, link to other people’s calendars, and even share your calendar with others in your organization. Great for lesson planning and/or sharing schedules.
- Class Notebook and Staff Notebook- an app that helps you set up OneNote in your class or “Staff.” This app will create a class notebook, including three sub-notebooks: Student Notebooks — private notebooks shared between each educator and their students.

- MS Word – Word processor for creating documents. Access files and documents and make edits with ease using the Word app. Read documents and open attachments with built-in docs viewer. Edit a PDF easily using Word’s PDF converter feature.
