Faithdoku Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Faithdoku (“the app”) is published by Hillcrest (“we,” “us”), reachable at support@hc-pa.com. We built Faithdoku to be a peaceful, family- friendly puzzle game — and that philosophy extends to your privacy. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle.
The short version
Faithdoku does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or contacts, and does not collect or sell personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. The only data handling comes from two standard Google services the app is built on — advertising and purchases — described below.
Information stored on your device
Your puzzle progress, statistics, daily streak, settings, and record of purchases are stored locally on your device only. We cannot see this information, and it is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its data. It is not transmitted to us.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Faithdoku shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver ads, Google may process certain device information (such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, and general device characteristics).
Because Faithdoku is designed for families and children, we configure every ad request with Google’s child-directed treatment, under-age-of- consent flag, and a maximum ad content rating of “G” (general audiences). Under this configuration, Google serves non-personalized ads and limits its data use in accordance with its policies for children’s services.
Google’s own privacy practices are described at: https://policies.google.com/privacy How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Players who purchase “Remove Ads” see no advertisements at all.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Optional one-time purchases (premium symbol sets and Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details — Google handles the transaction and simply tells the app which items you own. Google Play’s handling of payment information is covered by Google’s privacy policy linked above.
Children’s privacy
Faithdoku is appropriate for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no chat, no social features, no account system, and no free-form data entry. Advertising is configured for child-directed treatment as described above. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the app, contact us at support@hc-pa.com and we will address it promptly.
Permissions
The app requests network access (to load ads and process purchases) and uses device vibration for optional gameplay feedback. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.
Email support
If you email us at support@hc-pa.com, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to respond to you. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your address.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
