Hillcrest Private Academy operates as a year-round institution, with the school term spanning from September 1st to August 31st each year. We welcome students at any time throughout the year. Our tuition plans are available on both a monthly and yearly basis. While we prefer and offer discounts for yearly tuition plans, we understand that monthly payments may be more convenient for some families. Please note that monthly payments are essentially the undiscounted annual tuition divided into monthly installments, and it is expected that all monthly payments for the year will be completed. If any monthly payments are missed, attendance records will only be updated once the unpaid tuition is settled, or if the account is switched to a yearly tuition family plan and the yearly plan has been paid.
If you are enrolling late in the year, please remember that our school year does not end until August 31st. If you enroll before then, you are enrolling for the current school year, and if you pay the yearly rate, you will be charged again on September 1st. If you want to pre-register for the upcoming school year, use the coupon code at the top of the site. Pre-registration is only available beginning in May annually and ends on August 31st.
