Every September 1st, at the start of the new school year, all Minecraft Education licenses are reset. To keep using it, just return to this page and reorder the license. Once payment is made, your account will be reactivated within 48 business hours. The $6 fee is required each school year to maintain access to Minecraft Education.

If you’ve previously requested an MS365 account and did not initially pay for a Minecraft license, you may purchase one below and it will be added to the MS365 account you specify when you let us know in the “Additional Information – Order Notes” section of the checkout screen, as stated in the instructions on the order form below.

Each person wishing to play will need their own account to play simultaneously. You’ll make an MS365 account and pay for each Minecraft license desired. If your account is closed or the student with the license withdraws, the license will be canceled. If you’ve paid for a license and that student withdraws but you have another enrolled student, just reach out to Admin to have the license reassigned. Minecraft Education Edition License Add-On for Existing HPA MS365 Accounts

$6.00

Want to add Minecraft Education Edition to your existing HPA MS365 school account? It’s just \$6 per school year with processing included. If you already have an MS365 account first, just buy the license and drop the HPA MS365 email address(es) you want it assigned to in the “Additional information – Order notes” box at checkout. If you still need an account, request one on the MS365 Resources page, then grab the license and add the email address(es) the same way during checkout. Please allow at least 48 business hours for setup after payment.

Each license is for one person, so if multiple people want to play together, everyone needs their own. Licenses work for both teachers and students. If it’s for a student, you can use your existing account or create separate accounts for each student. The license will be tied to the email you choose—so if you don’t want it on your teacher account, request a student account first. Teachers, don’t forget to check out the included Minecraft Education curriculum to accompany the different Minecraft modules! Look for more info on our resource page or learn more on the Minecraft Education website.
